neuroscience & health coaching

Understanding the Brain. Supporting the Nervous System. Creating Space for Recovery.

Reconnect with the Part of You That Knows How to Live

Our brains are wired to keep us safe. When life becomes stressful, overwhelming, or unpredictable, our nervous system can become stuck in protection mode. Recovery isn't about fighting your brain—it's about helping it feel safe enough to let go of that constant state of alert.

My coaching combines neuroscience, nervous system education, and gentle brain retraining with something I believe is just as important: joy.

Many of us have quietly packed away the playful, curious, creative parts of ourselves as we've learnt to cope with life's challenges. But when we reconnect with those parts—through creativity, laughter, movement, writing, curiosity, or simply allowing ourselves to play—we're not being frivolous. We're reminding our nervous system that life is safe enough to enjoy again.

Whether we're painting, reflecting, learning about the brain, or gently exploring new ways of responding to symptoms, my aim is always the same: to help you build trust in yourself, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with the version of you that has been there all along.

Because recovery isn't just about feeling less ill.

It's about feeling more like yourself.

Coaching Pathways

I offer small-group coaching that combines personalised guidance with the power of shared experience. Participants benefit from support, accountability, connection, and encouragement from others at a similar stage of recovery, while enjoying a more affordable alternative to 1:1 coaching.

Raelan Agle Brain Retraining Group Coaching

As a group coach within the Raelan Agle Brain Retraining Programme, I support participants who are exploring the role of the brain and nervous system in chronic symptoms and recovery.

Together we explore practical techniques that can help create new neural pathways, reduce patterns of fear and threat, and support greater nervous system flexibility.

This approach is often of interest to people experiencing:

  • Long Covid

  • Chronic fatigue and post-viral symptoms

  • Stress-related conditions

  • Persistent symptoms and nervous system dysregulation

  • Anxiety and overwhelm

  • Other chronic health challenges
