Perhaps you've already made significant progress. You understand the principles of brain retraining, your symptoms have reduced, but something still feels like it's holding you back.

The Next 50%

Moving beyond recovery and back into life.

This programme is designed for people who feel stuck between recovery and fully living.

Together, we'll explore the beliefs, habits and nervous system patterns that can keep us focused on symptoms long after we've become safer. We'll develop greater emotional awareness, practise self-compassion, build confidence, and learn how to shift our attention from constantly monitoring recovery towards reconnecting with purpose, relationships, creativity and joy.

Humans are wired for connection. Our brains learn, adapt and build confidence more easily when we feel supported by others. Small-group coaching combines the encouragement of a like-minded community with personalised guidance, helping you realise you're not alone while making coaching a more accessible and affordable option than 1:1 sessions.

Rather than asking, "How do I get rid of this symptom?" we'll begin asking, "How do I want to live my life?"

The goal isn't simply fewer symptoms—it's helping you feel confident enough to build a meaningful life beyond them.

This is a 6 week programme, run every two weeks online.
